Instructor's Biography

Walid Nabil

Eng. Walid Nabil is a certified Balanced ScoreCard Practitioner from the Balanced ScoreCard Institute USA. He is a strategy consultant and trainer with experience in the training field starting in 1995. Today, he specializes in specific training courses such as the Balanced Scorecard, Change Management Competency-based Management, Strategy development, the Six Thinking Hats, Lateral Thinking & Excelerat.
His last corporate position was Strategy & Business Planning Manager, Coca-Cola North & West Africa, where he worked across 22 countries to help them with their strategy management processes. & was part of the establishment of two local consulting firms as an equity partner. As a trainer, Eng. Nabil has delivered training courses in a number of countries in the region, with audiences ranging from top management to junior staff.
In his career with Procter & Gamble (P&G) Egypt, Eng. Nabil has had hands-on experience in different areas such as HR, Organization Effectiveness, Employee Communication and Work Flow Analysis.  During his P&G experience Eng. Nabil lead the launch of the global stock option plan in 8 countries in the region and was the only manager nominated twice to receive the “Recognition Shares” global award for outstanding achievements. Industries in which Eng. Nabil has worked include, FMCG, Electrical Appliances, Recreation, Professional Services, Retail, Aviation, Shipping, Pharmaceuticals and Financial.
