How many times you face the question of “Do you have a business plan”? Do you have to do a plan or a budget for the next year? Do you have to develop a budget for your department?  Do you meet potential investors trying to convince them with your idea without a written document? Business planning is a mixture of business understanding, business model, tools and process.

The “Business Planning and Budgeting” course will cover the planning process, tools and developing a business model to be able to cover the objectives, future plan, activities, resources and tools needed.
